Shipping Policy
At RuRi, we aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders take approximately 3–5 working days to process before dispatch.
During high-volume periods such as sales or new collection launches, processing times may extend to 4–7 working days.
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will communicate this with you directly via email. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
All domestic deliveries are handled by Fastway Couriers.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within approximately 3 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to:
- Inclement weather
- Distance from dispatch location
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
- RuRi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Please ensure that you provide the correct contact number and full delivery address at checkout. This allows us or the courier partner to contact you should the need arise.
RuRi cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
