Exchange and Return Policy


We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. At RuRi, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on garments that are unworn and in their original condition.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on items that:

  • Are unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original security tags and labels attached
  • Are dispatched back to us within 7 days of receipt

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@ruri.co.za with the subject line:

“Return/Exchange”

We will then send you our return form with full instructions.

Our delivery partner will collect the item from you on your selected date. Once the parcel has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will either:

  • Issue your refund, or
  • Dispatch your exchange item, depending on your selection.

 

Return & Exchange Fees

Please note:

  • Return fee: R100
  • Exchange fee: R200 (includes re-delivery to you)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by RuRi

Sale Items

  • Sale items are refunded via gift card only
  • Damaged items returned without prior approval will not be refunded or exchanged

Refund Processing


  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process once your return has been received.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
